Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For exclusive limited edition drops, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing and delivery due to high demand and specialized packaging.
What is your return policy on collectible apparel?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and special edition packaging in pristine condition.
How do I know if the items are authentic?
Every piece at Pop Collectibles is 100% authentic. We work directly with designers and certified manufacturers, and select items include a physical Certificate of Authenticity or a digital NFC tag.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your region.
What payment methods do you accept?
